This Kamp will be a three day per week Kamp (minus July 4th)
First session of fun from Monday June 19th to Wednesday July 18th
Second Session of fun from Monday July 23rd through Monday August 20th
Our Kidz Kamp will consist of education on the ways of health and fitness and a great workout for the kids. Kids ranging from age 6-12 will be allowed in this Kamp
Coaches Michelle fox and Tim widlund will be running the program this year. It will be an awesome program geared towards preparing the kids to have a healthy lifestyle focussing on healthy habits all around including topics such as healthy eating and how to stay active.
For kids ages 13 and up, we also have our teen program which will be run through our normal coaching staff and geared towards enhancement of their goals
Our kids Camp will be $75 for the first kid, $50 for the second and the third and beyond will be $25 each
Our teen workout program will go based on our student rate for the gym. Please ask when you come in for the student rate.
Our Fresno Endurance Program is UP AND RUNNING :) literally!!!
This video is of our introductory running efficiency course. It includes some of the drills worked on during the first 4 week session.
Coaches Nick Driver, Rebecca Marrano and Coach K will be coaching this program.
Our coaches have experience ranging from sprinting events all the way up to complete ironman events. Programs will be based on your sport (including biking and swimming)
Please remember that our program is BASED on utilizing CrossFit as your strength and conditioning program.
Introductory Running Efficiency course
This course is designed to help anyone and everyone improve the efficiency of their running and reduce the risk of injury due to running. The course is approximately 4-6 weeks long. Students will meet with the coach at least once per week at a designated location to work on skills and drills to introduce efficient running form. We will work through skills and drills for roughly 20 minutes each session, complete a workout and then discuss some topic as it relates to endurance. These classes start at the beginning of the month every month. Look for dates to be posted on the Fresno Endurance upcoming events page.
Please remember members enrolled in this program are still able to attend Fresno Endurance classes normally scheduled as well
This program is a MUST for anyone planning on continuing to be on the endurance team
Fresno Endurance Team Coaching and workouts
$50/month for members, $75 for Non-Members
These workouts will be scheduled a few times a week and include continued coaching on running efficiency and mechanics. Our workouts will not be limited to running however and may include swimming, kayaking, cycling, Hill repeats, a CrossFit workout here and there. This program is designed for ANY athlete who wants to improve their WOD times, or any other event time. The classes will begin with a dynamic warm-up session, then review some skills and drills, followed by a workout. The coaching in these sessions is crucial to the session so please arrive on time.
On-Line Endurance Coaching or Event Program Design-
This is designed for those who live... well, outside of the "trainable" area within the city of Fresno/Clovis or those who can not make at least one coaching session per week. The benefit of our on-line coaching program is being able to have someone write your programs for you and having you held accountable to your workout schedule. Our coach is more than happy to use skype, email, phone, text message, heck, even a sky writing message if need be to keep you motivated and going. Programs are sent out on a weekly basis due to the nature of the programming and a minimum of one phone/skype conversation per week is required to check in and discuss the previous week of training. This is an awesome option for those also who don't have time to come out to the weekly workouts at FTF and may still want to train for an event
