Fresno Endurance Classes based on CrossFit Endurance Programming
WE WILL HOLD AN INFORMATIONAL SEMINAR THURSDAY AUGUST 4th AT 7PM at CrossFit FTF. training will begin on Friday August 5th and go through the event. If you can't make it for the seminar, we will be webcasting. Information for the webcast will be posted on wednesday August 3rd.
Fresno Endurance Programming is designed for people who want to improve any length of endurance event from a 40 meter run to a marathon, ironman and even longer endurance events. This is open to everyone!
The 4 week intro course will cover (meet 2x/week):
Efficient Running Form (including video session and technique review)
Programming for CrossFit Endurance (from the 400m runner to the elite triathlete. This programming will be based on the goal for each person.)
How to increase the quality of your training and decrease the quantity
Recovery and Rest
Sport Specific Application (I.E. Soccer, Football, Swimming, Cycling, Military personnel for rucking, Adventure racing, marathon, triathlon etc.)
Pre-event, event day and post event nutrition.
Space is limited.
Once you complete the 4 week intro course, you can continue with our Endurance Based classes to prepare you for your distance event. The Fresno Endurance Team will be training for the Trail of Two Cities Marathon beginning in August with the Intro course and continuing through the event.
